One Missed Call Ringtone | Chakushin ari

December 24th, 2007

one_missed_call_picture.jpgComing soon to American theaters is the movie One Missed Call also known as Chakushin ari as it was originally called in its 2003 Japanese release. Yet another American remake of Japanese Horror Films like The Ring (Ringu) and The Grudge (Ju-on); One Missed Call is sure to make Americans think twice when reaching for their cell phone.

In One Missed Call, people receive a creepy ring tone on their cell phone which isn’t one that they recognize and when they listen to the voice mail they hear a message from their future selves — messages which include the date, time, and some of the details of their deaths.

REAKERL – Blackberrys seem to be slightly different from what I have seen but if it plays mp3 then it should work. What type of media does your BlackBerry Curve use for its ringtones? I will try to upload the wma version tonight. Maybe that will help.

MIKE – yes this is the Ringtone from the original movie Chakushin ari, so the American one is slightly different. Unfortunately I cant seem to find one for the American version and even the official MySpace website for One Missed Call doesnt seem to work when you download it.
If I find it I’ll be sure to upload it for you.

You as long as your phone has a Bluetooth feature and your computer is bluetooth capable then you just need to connect and upload from your computer to your cell phone.
Or just download the file and email it to your phone number if your phone can accept emails and download the attachment that way.

    Marc:
Well if your cell phone doesnt have bluetooth and can’t accept emails then it might be time to upgrade your phone ;-)

Almost every modern cell phone has these features most as a default. But if your’s doesn’t then its pretty safe to say you are out of luck. Try contacting your provider and see if you qualify for an upgrade maybe??
